Financial manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Organizing and monitoring business processes related to finance, economics, planning and accounting
  • Monitoring the financial systems, operations and the Company’s budget ensuring that Company’s operations are within the budget.
  • Managing the performance of employees in the department
  • Creating a detailed scheme of business-processes, identifies risk points and implement healthy system of internal controls.
  • Ensuring functioning of fast-close accounting process.
  • Organizing the process of planning of all operational (OPEX) and capital (CAPEX) expenditures on a monthly, quarterly and annual levels.
  • Monitoring of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual cash flow management. Ensures payment of liabilities within due payment terms.
  • Control over Financial Statements and other reports to the General Manager.
  • Ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations set by regulatory bodies. Responsible and ensures compliance with requests from tax authorities, external and internal audits reports, Company’s group standards and procedures within his/her responsibilities.
  • Participating in commercial negotiations with banks, suppliers and customers. Participates in reconciliation of agreements within his/her authorizations.
  • Follow-up of Bulgarian legislation and regulations in the field of insurance, tax and accounting legislation.
  • Communication with government and non-government institutions regarding acquiring different types of economic data and statistics data necessary for economic analysis.
  • Performing a variety of market and analysis

Job Requirements:

  • High educational – Master of Economics, Finance, Accountancy;
  • At least 3 years at a suitable position;
  • Leadership;
  • Communicative skills;
  • Team Management skills;
  • Excellent computer skills:/OS Windows/Word, Excel, Internet, e-mail/, work with specialized software application;
  • Excellent written and spoken knowledge of English;
  • SAP knowledge.
